Returns Policy

Please review this Policy carefully as it forms part of the terms and conditions of any purchases made with Olia Dawn. This Policy sets out your rights and obligations with respect to any returns and refunds, including important limitations and exclusions.

Returns + Exchanges

Return request:
Must be made by email within 5 days of receipt of goods. Once the return has been approved, we will send you through the return instructions.

Australian orders:
The goods must be returned to, and received by Olia Dawn within 20 days of receipt of goods.


Overseas orders:
The goods must be returned to, and received by Olia Dawn within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Condition:
Item(s) must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Returns will not be able to be accepted if traces of scent or make-up are on the item(s). Item(s) must have all original tags attached.

Return Responsibly:
In the event that a return is not delivered to Olia Dawn, it is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any losses as a result of the lost items. Therefore it is essential that all returns are sent back to Olia Dawn via registered post with tracking facilities.

Damages or issues:
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order in the case of receiving a damaged item or wrong size, so that we can make it right.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. If the return does not meet eligibility, the order would be sent back at the customers expense.

Please note shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Packaging

Please reuse original packaging if possible to limit environmental waste.
