Your shipping rate will be calculated at check out. We ship within Australia and Internationally.

All orders will be dispatched where possible within 3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email as soon as your order leaves us.

For metro delivery, once posted please allow 3-6 working days and for rural delivery, please allow 4-8 working days.

Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard international shipping once posted.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

Please note: when orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Before ordering please check your country’s customs/import policies before ordering. Any customs taxes or charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid by recipient. Olia Dawn have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please be mindful that deliveries are sent with authority to leave and do not require a signature.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages once they have left our hands and into the couriers.

Please ensure the address is correct as we cannot amend this after the package has left us.
